This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the processing of clinical trial data, which is governed by the protocol, the informed consent form and the contractual arrangements applicable to each individual study.
2. What we collect and why
We only collect data that you actively submit through one of our forms.
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Job applications
When you apply through the Applications or Opportunities pages we collect your name, email address, the position you are applying for, your motivation and the CV or supporting document you upload (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 2 MB). We use them to assess your application. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Please do not include health data, information about your religion or political opinions, or any other special category of data in your application. We do not need it and we do not ask for it.
Technical data
Our server records standard request logs, and our anti-spam protection processes your IP address and browsing signals when you submit a form. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. Data is shared only with the service providers we need in order to run the site:
- Google (reCAPTCHA) — protects our forms against automated abuse. Google receives your IP address and interaction signals. This runs only on pages that contain a form.
- Google (Maps) — displays our office location, and only after you consent to it.
- Our email provider — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Our hosting provider — stores the site and its database.
Some of these providers operate outside Benin, which means your data may be transferred abroad. We rely on the contractual safeguards offered by those providers to protect it.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact enquiries: after our last exchange with you.
- Unsuccessful job applications: from the date of application, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

5. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Uploaded files are restricted by type and size and are not published publicly. Access to submissions is limited to the ClinaPharm staff who need it for recruitment or client communication.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold data about you, and give you a copy of it;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, including a job application you no longer wish us to keep;
- stop processing your data, where the processing rests on our legitimate interest.
Write to and we will respond within . If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Autorité de Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel (APDP) in Benin, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
7. Children
This site is aimed at professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or our providers change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
